However, please note that from 16 January to 15 February 2026, our student and weekday special discounts will not be valid.
Our team will also be having a well-deserved break over CNY, and our salons will be closed as follow:
• Tampines | Clementi Mall | Novena Square 2 | Great World
Closed : 16 - 20 February 2026.
Regular operating hours will resume on 21 February 2026.
• Vivocity
Closed : 16 - 18 February 2026.
Vivocity operating hours will resume on 19 February 2026.
• To request an appointment, kindly complete the appointment request form below or book via WhatsApp at least 2 days before your preferred date and time. As we are experiencing a surge in demand during this period, please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. If your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an SMS / WhatsApp message from our salon. Kindly ensure you receive confirmation before making your way down to the salon.
• Please kindly note that in the event you are late for more than 15 minutes for your confirmed appointment with your stylist, we reserve the right to serve another customer first.
• Do kindly understand that during the week before CNY, we receive many appointment requests. While we try our best to keep to your appointment timing during this period, service timings may vary depending on the services requested by customers before you. As such, it may be difficult to keep to the exact schedule, and you may be required to wait (even if you arrive on time) as some services may take longer than expected due to hair conditions or additional requests.
As we want you to look your best during CNY, we will do our best to accommodate your requests as much as possible. However, we seek your kind understanding and patience should there be any delays during this period.
