We understand that you may have a busy schedule, and we aim to make booking with us as easy and convenient as possible.
To request an appointment, kindly message us via WhatsApp at least 2 days before your preferred appointment date and time. Please note that your appointment is only confirmed upon receiving a confirmation message from us via WhatsApp.
If you do not receive a confirmation, your appointment has not been secured. We recommend checking with our salon before making your way down. Please also note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your confirmed appointment, we reserve the right to serve another customer first.
As we are currently experiencing high demand, submitting a WhatsApp request does not guarantee an appointment. Only confirmed bookings will be accepted.
